The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basopatti P.S.Case No.234 of 2018 dated 1.10.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story discloses the allegation against one Naresh Paswan of assault by Farsa and against Dinesh Paswan of assault by iron rod and the petitioner assaulted by bricks. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 4.1.2019 and the allegation of assault by Farsa and iron rod is on the other co-accused persons. It has also been submitted that Naresh Paswan against whom there is allegation of assault

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14582 of 2019(4) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 by Farsa has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by A Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order date 6.3.2019 passed in Cr. Mis. No.13426 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM V, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S.Case No.234 of 2018 dated 1.10.2018.
