The petitioner has been in custody since 25.11.2017 in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 875 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd cum Special Excise Judge (Excise) Purnea, in connection with K.
