The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgement of this Court dated 27.04.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10653 of 2008 and affirmed by the learned Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 2082 of 2015.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to submit their detailed and comprehensive claim before the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) and in case, such claim is made within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent No. 2 shall consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid judgement passed in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5601 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 3/3 No. 10653 of 2008 and L.P.A. No. 2082 of 2015 and pass a final order within a period of eight weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this petition stands disposed off.
