Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S.Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 376, 506, 385 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66A (E), 67(A) of I.T. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the informant and making the obscene viral on What's app. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and there is delay of four months in lodging the case.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
