JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-03-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent No. 9 on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre No. 284, Ward No. 3, Block-Ujiyarpur in the District of Samastipur.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioner, at the outset, has intimated to this Court that a complaint in that regard has been preferred before the District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.4917 of 2019 dt.29-03-2019 2/3 Officer, Samastipur (respondent No. 6) about seven months ago but the same has not been acted upon. No notice has been issued to the petitioner or other stake holders, giving an impression to the petitioner that District Programme Officer, Samastipur (respondent No. 6) is sitting tight over such representation and is not willing to apply himself to the facts of this case.

3. Under such circumstances, the learned advocate for the petitioner has limited and confined his prayer for issuance of a direction to the District Programme Officer, Samastipur (respondent No. 6) to dispose off her representation, which is pending before him, within a reasonable period of time.

4. The prayer made on behalf of the petitioner appears to be genuine. If any complaint/representation has been lodged/filed before the statutory authority, that ought to be disposed off and without any delay.

5. In order to facilitate the entire process of disposal of the complaint/representation of the petitioner, he is directed to make a fresh complaint/representation before

6) within a period of two weeks from today.

6. On receipt of such complaint/representation, the District Programme Officer, Samastipur (respondent No. 6) shall, after hearing all the concerned stake holders/necessary parties, pass orders in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
