It would be worth noting here that on account of inadvertence at the hands of the College, in question, the CAF No. of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned because of the similar name of another candidate. In pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.04.2025, the Board was directed to accept the application form of the petitioner for Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) for 2024-2026 (1st year).

3. In compliance, therewith, the petitioner was allowed to appear in the examination and as per the instruction,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4031 of 2025(4) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 the petitioner has done well. But, till date, the result of the D.El.Ed. 1st year examination has not been issued. Hence, the interlocutory application, bearing I.A. No. 01 of 2025 came to be filed.

4. Learned Advocate for the Bihar School Examination Board by filing a counter affidavit has informed this Court that clerical error at the level of the concerned training college has been rectified. Moreover, the result with respect to other candidates have been published except the result of the petitioner on account of pendency of the present litigation.

5. Having considered the facts of the present case and taking note of the order of this Court dated 24.04.2025, whereby the petitioner has been allowed to appear in the examination, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the Bihar School Examination Board to publish the result of the petitioner, if there is no impediment otherwise, preferably within a period of four weeks, from today.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off.
