Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

According to FIR, three unknown persons allegedly caused firearm injury to deceased Dharmveer Singh, causing his instant death in presence of the informant.

Submission is that the name of the petitioner and others surfaced during investigation on the basis of information of the spies that the petitioner and others are members of the referred New Kshetriya Sangathan Fauj. Considering the fact that there is no
