The petitioner has prayed as under:- For issuance of appropriate writ, order/orders, direction quashing the office order passed by District Progrmme Officer (Estab), Madhepura, issued vide memo no. 791 dated 24.07.2019, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Assistant Teacher at Upgraded Middle School, Khutaha, Rajai, Kumar Khand and Block Education Officer, Kumarkhand has been directed to lodge Certificate Case against the petitioner to recover the amount which has been paid during his service period.

Keeping in view that there is statutory remedy

Patna High Court CWJC No.5098 of 2020(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 available under the Rules of 2015/2020 for filing an appeal before the District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to avail the aforesaid remedy.
