Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ application the work from the site in question has been stopped by the authority concerned and the authority has also fixed the date for hearing of Vigilance Case No.55B/2023 and the next date of the hearing of Vigilance Case No.55B/2023 is 19.03.2025.
3. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application stands
Patna High Court CWJC No.3688 of 2025(3) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 disposed of with direction to the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation to dispose of the aforesaid Vigilance Case No.55B/2023 in accordance with law after hearing all the parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the petitioner shall cooperate in the said proceeding.
