Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner was apprehended when the petitioner was fleeing after leaving the motorcycle which was stolen property.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2017. He has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16773 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Motipur Police Station Case No. 188 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
