JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the main accused Jairam Singh and other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.03.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 12220 of 2016 a copy of which has been produced at the time of hearing.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Rajeshwar Singh, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17091 of 2016 (3) dt.24-05-2016 below within a period of six weeks from today in Mali Police Station Case No. 06/2016 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
