The petitioner seeks regular bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.134 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. Allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is of assaulting the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation attributed against him and the occurrence took place due to petty dispute and he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 months.
Heard learned A.P.P.also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

No.35199 of 2017 (2) dt.04-08-2017 2/2 However, he may renew his prayer for bail before the court concerned after submission of the charge sheet in this case and the learned court below will examine injury on the person of the injured and after examining the injury report and if injuries are not serious, the court below will release the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to his satisfaction in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.134/17 subjection to the conditions that (i) one of the bailers of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.(ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. (iii)The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
