Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition on behalf of petitioners no. 3, 6 and 7 stands dismissed as withdrawn. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of K.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24380 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/2 Nagar (Srinagar) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that so far as petitioners no. 1, 2, 4 and 5 are concerned as they are relatives of the deceased. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners no. 1, 2, 4 and 5 above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, arising out of K.
