2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 442 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(B)(ii)(B), 23 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the precipitous case, the recovery is of 6.041 Kg. of ganja.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2025.

5. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for the present.

7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
