JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an application under Section 4 of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (in short 'Act, 2009') before the competent authority i.e. D.C.L.R., Benipatti for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the lands claimed by him.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

If an appropriate petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner under the provisions of the Act, 2009, then the respondent D.C.L.R., Benipatti shall institute a case and shall pass an appropriate final order strictly in accordance with law, but, before passing any final order, an opportunity of hearing must be
