2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354(A), 307, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, all the accused persons outraged her modesty and snatched away silver chain from her neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He next submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation against them and no evidence against the petitioners.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22852 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 3/3 of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
