ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 5.12.2017 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.314 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(2), 41(1) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-Cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.314 of 2017.
