JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of killing the sister of the informant due to non-fulfilment of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 6.7.2017 and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. case No.47 of 2017.
