2. By way of one indulgence, this Court grants three weeks' time to the petitioner from today to surrender and furnish bail bond in the learned court below in terms of the order dated 06.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46604 of 2023. If the petitioner surrenders and submits his bail bond within the given period from today, he will get the benefit of the order dated 06.12.2023.

3. Consequent upon the aforesaid modification and extension by way of extension of time to surrender, this Court further observes that within three weeks from the date of his surrender and release on bail from the learned court below, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25398 of 2024(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer of the case and shall cooperate with the investigation.

4. The other conditions mentioned in the order dated 06.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46604 of 2023 shall remain intact.

5. No further indulgence shall be granted to the petitioner.

6. This application stands disposed of.
