Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Considering the allegations made in the FIR and the further statements made in paragraph-2 of the case diary, which has been substantiated by one independent witness, namely, Suraj Kumar and Ajay Kumar in paragraph no.6 and 7, and also taking into consideration the past criminal history of the petitioner who is involved in altogether eleven cases, in which some of them are similar in nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous case stands rejected.
