Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 314, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The husband of the informant had left house along with this petitioner. When he did not return, the informant started searching out and she found her husband in injured condition. The husband of the informant disclosed that coaccused Manoj Yadav, Kapil Yadav and Mantu Yadav had assaulted him. Thereafter, during treatment husband of the informant died.
Submission is that Manoj Yadav, Kapil Yadav and Mantu Yadav the accused persons whose name were disclosed by the husband of the informant have allowed bail by a Co-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14846 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 Ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 75158 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarpur Police Station Case No. 219 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/- U T
