2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Mutation Appeal No. 26 of 2023-24 is pending before respondent No. 3, the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Sasaram, Rohtas since 15.04.2023. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the concerned respondent for expeditious disposal of the said mutation appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with the direction to
