Petitioner is accused in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 711 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to oblique motive of the informant. In the instant case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of eight months. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. has specifically stated that on the instruction of petitioner's sister, she left her house along with petitioner and his sister and thereafter, she went to Ludhiyana along with petitioner, but she did not raise hulla against the petitioner and thereafter, her

It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.12.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Town P.S.
