Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parsauni PS Case No.71 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant was stabbed on the way by one Sri Niwash Choudhary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and specific accusation of killing the deceased is against Sri Niwash Choudhary and the petitioner has been made accused in this case only because he talked with the son of Sri Niwash Choudhary before the occurrence but there is no motive assigned to him and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

No.23556 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Murari Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni PS Case No.71 of 2017.
