The writ petition has been filed for:- " (i) issuance of a writ or induces or any others appropriate writ order, orders direction, directions commanding upon the respondents authority for giving compensation of land which is acquired by respondent No.4 for establishing pipelines LPG Bottling Plant at Masudanpur, Distt-Banka,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5935 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 (ii) To any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found to entitled in the facts and circumstances.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the matter is taken up by the respondent no.2the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Banka for the redressal of his grievance where he shall be filing a fresh petition along with all the related documents.

5. Learned State counsel has no objection.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2- the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Banka within four weeks from today. If such petition is filed, the concerned respondent shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest, preferably within a period of six months.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
