JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard Ms. Nutan Sahay, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Dilip Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State. as well as learned counsel appearing for the informant. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 102/2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the present petitioner are vague and omnibus. The petitioner is living in her Sasural since her marriage in the year 2000 and is rotting in jail since 22.02.2017 with a six months baby in her laps.

Learned A.P.P. though opposed the prayer for bail but admits the fact that in the First Information Report the allegations are general. Learned counsel appearing for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27763 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 informant opposed the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Tohi Praween @ Sahda Praween, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 102/17.
