Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(a) 26 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2017.

Country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, especially, the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gwalpara Police Station Case No. 38 of 2017,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19896 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
