57 bottles of Saunfi each containing 300 ML along with a Hero Honda Splendor Motorcycle was seized from the possession of petitioner for which petitioner happens to be under custody since 23.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Sunil Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/313/17/198/17.
