JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Sono P.S. Case No.130 of 2014 instituted under Sections-147, 149, 323, 307, 341, 324, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court that this case is a counter blast to a case filed earlier by the petitioners who had been severely assaulted. The dispute is in relation to sell of some land by the brother of the petitioners to the informant which was being objected by the petitioners. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17954 of 2015 (02) dt.10-06-2015 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.
