JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Singheshwarsthan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 30-03-2017. It has been submitted that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. He has been charge sheeted in the case having 15 cases pending against him.

From perusal of the impugned order and case diary, it appears that except criminal cases pending against him, there is no substantial material brought during investigation against the petitioner in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33241 of 2017 (3) dt.31-07-2017 In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Singheshwarsthan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
