Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katoriya P.S.Case No. 223 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of thrashing the informant on the ground and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence and she was in collusion with her parents, as such she has lodged the false and concocted case.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23346 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner should surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
