The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section Section 27 of the Arms Act and subsequently, Section 302 of the IPC was added. As per the first information report, the deceased is the informant of the present case. The petitioner has participated in killing of the deceased.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
