The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that 09 decimals land of the complainant were got transferred in the name of the petitioners through someone impersonating the complainant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that sale deed was executed on 17.04.1996 and since the price of the land was increased, hence the present case has been lodged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20490 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 Considering the nature of accusation which has been roped after several yeas of execution of the sale deed, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1455 of 2011, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
