JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner, who is the husband, apprehends his arrest in Charpokhari P.S. Case No.62 of 2015 instituted under Section498 A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that the marriage was solemnized about 10 years back. There are two children of 8 years and 6 years old. The wife has walked out from the house because she refuses to look after his old parents and take their responsibility. As per the F.I.R., she had left the house two years back.
