This Court will not encourage the new practice which is now emerging in the cases like the present one. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by an order dated 8.5.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 12316 of 2014 and then the petitioner again comes out with a prayer for anticipatory bail by filing this application on 16.4.2015.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Seema Devi and Bipin Singh is hereby rejected (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U T
