While deceased Mumtaz was near about his pond, criminals including these two petitioners armed variously came through two bolero jeep and out of them, Ekram Mian, Kalam Mian, Raju Mian, Babar Mian and Chote Lal Mistry made indiscriminate firing causing instantaneous death. The other coaccused having similar allegation, namely, Md. Abbas Mian @ Md. Abbas has already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.76426/2018.

Accordingly, petitioners Sammi Mian, Taslim Mian are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest /surrender before the learned lower court within fortnight on
