JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 The trial court vide its letter no. 152 dated 13.12.2017 has sought for one month's time for disposal of Sessions Trial No. 410 of 2016. It would appear that earlier the trial court vide letter no. 131 dated 09.10.2017 reported to this court that above stated Sessions Trial No. 410 of 2016 would likely be concluded within two months. However, one month further time is granted to the trial court to conclude the Sessions Trial No. 410 of 2016 making it clear that if within the above stated period the trial court fails to conclude the trial, the matter shall be viewed seriously.

Inform the concerned court accordingly.
