====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 302, 323, 341, 384, 386, 379 and 504 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to taking out fish from a ditch, quarrel took place and all accused persons assaulted the informant's wife with lathi, danda and fists due to which she died. Submission is that allegation is general and omnibus against all 12 persons and only one injury is found on the vital part of the body.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the bail. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.9536 of 2018 (3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Ram Briksha Yadav, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017.
