The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 914 of 2019, G.R. No. 10002 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on verification of successful candidates for physical test, the signature/left thumb impression of 61 candidates out of 93 was found to be different by the Director, Police Laboratory, Bihar, Patna and petitioner's name also found at sl.no. 19 in the list of candidates, whose signature/left thumb impression was found to be different. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that petitioner has applied online form and after due verification,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13726 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 he was permitted for written examination, and thereafter, he was issued admit card for appearing in physical test. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.
In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 914 of 2019, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
