The petitioner seeks bail in Shankarpur P.S. Case 21 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no any specific allegation of overt act against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation in the written report that this petitioner along with other accused persons committed murder of one year old daughter of the informant by throttling. Petitioner is husband of the informant. He is said to be in custody since 21.3.2017.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Madhepura, in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
