Petitioner seeks bail in S. Tr. No.596 of 2018 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.93 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394, 302 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Sunny Kumar and Sohan Kumar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15821 of 2019(3) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 accused, Sunny Kumar, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 23.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44108 of 2018.
Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with S.
