2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 48 of 2012 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 27.07.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 27556 of 2015.

3. Considering that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

4. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
