2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 307/394 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals had committed loot with the victim and fired upon him. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2025. Petitioner has nine criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner was also involved in the alleged occurrence and also carries nine criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the gravity of offence and nine criminal antecedents against the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
