JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 The present application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 22.08.2014 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Sirdala P.S.Case No. 172 of 2012 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
