JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, three motorcycle borne criminals descended at the house of the informant and started searching him and asked the villagers that if he did not meet them he will be eliminated. Earlier on his mobile threatening was also given.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2017.

No.34020 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K,.Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Kawakole (Rupao) P.S.Case No. 34 of 2015.
