3. The Civil Surgeon- cum- Chief Medical Officer, Purnea. .... .... Respondents =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner :

Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Ashish Kr. Lal, AC to GA 5 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-12-2016 Writ application is dismissed because the Court does not find any infirmity with the rationale and reasoning provided for rejecting the claim for compassionate appointment. The concept of compassionate appointment is not to provide entry to otherwise unemployable or unemployed children of a Government servant, but to provide immediate relief to the family in distress. The father and the mother of the petitioner both were Government servant. That should be enough for the petitioner to take care of himself from the resources generated by two employed members of the family.
