Prosecution case is that some spirit was recovered from the field.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is not from his personal possession. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner as mentioned above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge (Excise), Rohtas at Sasaram in Baghaila Police station Case No. 08 of 2017.
