2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:- "I. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a

Patna High Court CWJC No.3737 of 2023(4) dt.15-04-2024 2/3 direction to the District Magistrate cum Collector, Begusarai, District Begusarai as well as District Development Officer, Begusarai, District Begusarai, District Panchayat Officer, Begusarai, District - Begusarai to decide the representation of the present petitioner dated 10.02.2023 with regard to illegal construction of road and hostel (S.C. / S.T. hostel) through illegal means in relation to land of the petitioner and family members situated in Mauza - Panchveer, Thana No. 664, Tauzi No. 768, Khata No. 747, Plot No. 1779, area 3 Kattha and 4 Dhur, North Road, South Munsi Pasi, East - Road District Board, West - Jago Thakur etc. and road;

II. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, and the local officer Incharge to provide police protection with regard to the land situated at Mauza - Panchveer, Thana

III. Any pass any such other order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice, if the representation made before the Collector, Begusarai (Annexure-P/5) is taken to its logical conclusion.

4. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
