JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The petitioner is the husband who apprehends his arrest in Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No.207 of 2014 instituted under Section-498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code as well under Section- 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that the petitioner was married to the informant in the year 2004 and this prosecution is being lodged in the year 2014 stating that there is demand of dowry i.e. after 10 years of the marriage. He submits that the true fact is that the petitioner is severely paralyzed for which his treatment is going on at different places including at Delhi and the wife does not want to live any more and serve her husband, therefore, this prosecution has been lodged.

No.17967 of 2015 (02) dt.10-06-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No.207 of 2014, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
