The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 342, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused injury on the head of the informant with spear and accused persons took out Rs. 50,000/- from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that sharp cut injury was found on the forehead of the informant but it does not, prima facie, appear that injury was caused by spear. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.19299 of 2015 (3) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail by learned Court below, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur at Vaishali.

Accordingly the application is disposed of.
